airsoft pellets

i have steel d windows, and i've spun them up at work to check the balence and they dont balence out, but i can see that the wheel isn't bent, just the bead has a nice dent on a few of the wheels

I used to run rock crawler 15x8 D window wheels, steel. New, if you threw them on the tire machine and spun them up with no tire, you could see 3 of the 4 were not round.

Thats why I run alloy wheels now. An extra $15 bucks a wheel and all the difference in the world.

American Racing Outlaw II's, I paid about $65 each for them at the local discount tire.

hey you're local, where did you get em. I've got new TrXus coming and want to use this method.
Good ol' bi-mart. I forget how much exactly, but they were cheap. Either that or go to walmart.

Edit: They were 13 or 14 bucks at bi-mart for the biggest container they had. I didnt even use half of it. It doesnt take that much.

word, now i need a scale.

Why? They come in bottles of 1000 .12g or 1000 .20g

Do your math, estimate to the nearest size, and use the whole bottle. I am using 1000 .12g with 31" MT/Rs on one rig and with 33" bfg at's on another. 1000 .20g with 35" MT/R's on my xj.

As far as volume goes, it will fill a tennis ball.

Its somewhere around 9 ounces if i remember right.

It depends on your tire size. It was 4 ounces for me, but I have a 29x9.5 tire. As you go bigger, you need more to balance. Sure you can put more in, but i dont know if it would be a hinderance or not, or if it would work better or not.

There have been several posts with links to charts in them. Look at those to tell how much you need.

Sounds about right. so each bottle of those is either 4.23 ounces or 7.05 ounces. I think its easyer to just do what I did and go get the kitchen scale and the mondo-huge container of bb's. plus, if you play airsoft, you can have more ammo. or you can save it for your other tires you get in the future, or your other cars.

I only play with real guns, haha.

Hey man, I love real guns too. But when you get the urge to shoot one of your friends for bein an idiot, you can just pull out a airsoft gun and give em a few good welts on the chest and not kill 'em.
