ACF Gas skid plate

I got this ACF gas skid plate off craigslist. Now I can't figure out how to mount it.

The front looks like it mounts to the factory J bolts, but the back has 2 bolts on each side that go no where.

Any help would be appreciated. 1992 XJ

I read that article before, no help. It's for a YJ and it doesn't show mounting pictures.
