A possible change in rules for geostash.

Since we only have five people who have registered and right now about 20 who said they are going I think we need to rearrange things a little bit.

Here is my idea,

First is we dump the big dinner plans and tshirts. Anyone who has already registered we will just refund their money.

Second we still charge 20 a poker hand but they can pay us as they bring the cards in or when they register. (we need them to sign a liability waiver and do some sort of tech inspection)

This might get more people involved, I don't know but we can't afford to do tshirts and a big dinner for 20 people.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Sounds good.

If we end up with only 20 people maybe we can just do a dutch oven dinner. It should only take 2-3 12"ers to feed that many.
