you can take off the tire, jack the axle up and get the shock off one side at a time. such a bad setup.
looks like the front lift is comprised of additional stock isolators to get about 2" of lift. you can leave those for now i guess. if the front shocks don't suck you can probably ditch the sway bar. and as long as your steering and control arm bushings are in good shape.
