your XJ in the Reno Offroad EXPO?

So, can you catch us up on build specs of your rig? Its been a long time since I talked to you, kinda forgot what it had.

I'll try to hit the highlights, the real cool stuff though is all the fab and small details that Smash took care of. All the plumbing and wiring are super clean now. Powertrain:
Golen 4.6 stroker with roller rockers, Gibson ceramic header
Rebuilt AW4 with shift kit and Innovative cooler and mechanical thermostat
Wide ratio 4 speed Atlas with High Angle driveline brake
High Angle 1350 CV driveshafts


Axles:
Front: Ruffstuff 9" housing with Reid kingpin inners and outers, Artec High steer arms in double shear, True Hi9 dual load bolt third, ARB, 5.38s, RCV 300m inner and outer shafts, Wilwood calipers, Yukon hubs
Rear: Ruffstuff 9" housing, full float with RS kingpin spindle cups, Yukon load bolt third, Grizzly locker, 5.38s, RCV 300m double splined shafts, RCV slugs


Suspension:
Front: Dr. Smash 3 link, 1.25 heims, Radflo coilovers, Radflo bumps, Antirock with WOD double shear ends
Rear: Alcan military wrapped springs with Orbit Eyes, custom shackles, Radflo shocks, Smash slip-n-twist traction bar with pinion guard and skid integrated


Steering:
PSC assist with custom reservoir. PSC box, double shear pitman, 7/8 heims throughout


Tires/Wheels:
37" MT/Rs, 17' Raceline Monsters


Body:
Full frame plating, 1.75 DOM exo with integrated flares, JCR quater panel armor, rear bumper air tank, tire/fuel/hi lift/fire extinguisher carrier, Warn comp winch, built in aluminum pull out storage drawer across whole rear cargo area, second battery under rear floor, JCR tank skid, sPod in old airbag hole, 40" curved light bar, gusseted motor mount area, Brown Dog mounts, full skids on powertrain, detachable steering wheel, Mastercraft Rubicon seats, Yaesu ham, Cobra CB, Lizardskin ceramic coating inside cabin


Misc:
Ron Davis radiator, custom overflow tank, 12 Volt Guy dual battery kit and winch switch panel, ZJ mechanical fan, Holley injectors, all plumbing with AN hose and fittings, AC compressor converted to OBA, ARB compressor for back up, cowl intake, custom catch can for diff/trans/transfer case vents all plumbed to cowl, winch solenoids under hood, Powertank air switch for ARB

Mines EXPO built with a Vortec 5.3. Kinda want to show it as it has a TON of work into it and i'm pretty proud of her. Nothing too special, just a purpose built rig that's 'clean' with a proud owner.
