WJ Booster and 2 masters for upgrading pre 95 XJ

is the WJ master/booster a huge upgrade from the 95/96 duel diaphragm booster/master? i upgraded from the renix/bendix antilock to the 95/96 but i may plan to do the WJ knuckle swap aswell. will i need the WJ booster/master for it?
