I know they are important but is it a necessity for the Badlands, Not planning on doing alot of rock crawlin, but just want to know the over all census for the area.

Well, once again I'd like to make it but I'll have to see. I just started training with the Department of Corrections so I'd be on my 6-month probation by then. And I'm still working on getting hired at a police department that's supposed to be hiring Nov-Dec-ish. So once again I might also be screwed out of going. Damn needing a career that pays well and has benefits and all that... gotta win the lottery. It'd be so much easier to pay for this Jeep addiction.

A gas tank skid is not needed, but any armor you can out on is a good idea.

I have never seen a gas tank rupture on Green or Orange....the rocks on Orange can be bypassed.

Well, the Jeep does run. Put the new fuel lines on and started it, so there was no other apparent damage from the fire. Had the new fire extinguisher handy.

There will be no wheelin' this junk until I can get a new transmission. This has a high priority though because I need my junk to work up wood to heat the house.
