Just curious, how do you draw the line between OEM and Modified tech?

if it's a problem/question in regards to a modification or (direct result of modification) then it belongs in the Modified section.
if it's a problem/question in regards to Original Equipment (or substitutes for such) then it belongs in OEM section.
