In the early 1990s I read about it in more than one 4X4 mag, If I remember correctly it was electrically operated using some kind of electromagnet to lock things up, when it did not happen Powertrax said Legal issues prevented it's release, Who Knows!

I have an Electrac in the rear of my D44 and a TrueTrac up front in the D30.

I bought an Aussie for the Dana 30 thinking that 33" tires would be my max...oh how these things change. Always think 3 steps ahead when modding a rig so you don't do needless mods. Although, it is nice to progress along at a reasonable pace.
