What was your first vehicle....?

1975 F-250 Hi boy.. That dam thing was a tank and I had a 4 inch lift on it.. 36inch Bias Ground hawgs, 360cid, 4 barel Holley, RV cam, all time 4wd with a divorce transfer case, 4.56 gears, and a home build hydrolic system dump bed ...... I still have it up in Indiana.... My father had it orderd for a farm truck back in the day, its pulled out a combine, a full grain truck and a tractor from the mud in the fields.. I bought it from my father when I recieved my liecence....

-'88 Mazda B2200 pick-up truck

-I gave it back when I saw and bought my XJ like two years later.

love the XJ :D , but miss the truck :tear:

1971 Monte Carlo SS454. Sounds funny but i Bought the car from an old lady that used it to drive to the store about 3 miles from her house. got the car with 58,000 OG miles for $1200.00 when I was 16 which seems so long ago!!!!!

98 Jeep Cherokee Classic
00 Jeep Wrangler Sport
96 VW GTi VR6
01 VW GTi 1.8T
98 Jeep Cherokee CLassic -current

A used 1986 Nissan pickup, 5-speed bought in 1990. The last year they made them with 4 headlights - I liked the boxy look. Cost me $2000 I think. I then sold my KX80 (dirtbike) to buy new tires for it :) Beat the heck out of it and the only thing I ever broke was a leaf spring.

My parents gave me a 1980 Chrysler Lebaron Coupe when I was 15 because the dealer wouldn't give them anything for it for a trade. Only lasted a little while because the subframe rusted out from sitting around so much. First car I bought was a '69 Barracuda Fastback. Sold that to my parents in '96 to buy my first Jeep (88 MJ).

I'll go in order from the age of 16 to now:

1985 Peugeot 505
1999 Ford Ranger
1995 Ford F-150 Lightning
1983 Peugeot 505
2002 Chevrolet Cavalier (had for 3 months literally, peice of crap)
2002 Ford Ranger 4x4
1998 Mercedes Benz C230 (AMG Package)
1987 Peugeot 505 Turbo
1985 Ford Bronco II 4x4
1999 Ford Mustang GT Convertible (current vehicle)
1989 Jeep Cherokee (current vehicle)

I am now 23, so we'll see how many more cars we can add to this list....LOL!!

1959 English Ford Prefect (it was a 4-door; the 2-door model is the "Anglia). Bought it for $25 - it ran but had a bad 3 speed manual transmission. Found a parts car and between the two of them was able to cobble together a working transmission. The only problem was that the 1st/reverse sliding gear had one tooth missing (hey, I was 15 at the time!) and it uesd to make a helluva racket whenever I took off in 1st gear or used reverse. It was fun to tinker with and to drive around in the field behind the house. Mom used to get upset when I'd drive back there when she had the wash out to dry on the clothesline as I'd kick up a lot of dust. Life was so much simpler then.........and yes, I'm an old fart!

'59 Chevy Apache with a flatbed. $300 bucks. I have a '59 Apache 3/4 ton now with a long feetside bed. It's going to be my next project. No engine or tranny.

a 1967 Ford Falcon Futura Sports Coupe , Yea I thought it was long 2 , but thats what it was.... Too many cars to list since then , Now I got 3 Cherokees 87 4wd, 4dr ...88 4wd 2dr... 96 2wd, 2dr (girlfriends) a 89 lebaron that I am taking parts off for various projects , and a 1951 Chrysler Imperial 4 door all power project car Putting a 440 in it from my motorhome..
