Used it to pull two full size chebys out of the ditch the other night. I overheard one victim asking the other, "I wonder how much it would cost me to build me one of them things" Sorry couldn't figure out how to get an okie accent included in the quotation! LOL

Jeep got the battery put back in and taken to Firestone for another alignment. The truck gets a tire rotation tomorrow.

Axle sits a little to the passenger side now. Solution: LIFT IT SOME MORE!

Well, after driving it around a little bit, I've noticed that it sure makes a weird noise when accelerating aggressively from a stop. Sounds like something is slipping or grinding. Only does it when its in drive, not in neutral. Not quite sure what to check. All the fluids are fine. Ugh.

Tried getting to the torque converter to tighten the torque converter bolts, but I can't get the inspection plate off since I don't have a 13mm wrench... To be continued.

Whar's the pics man? I kind of almost sort of helped make some of the crossmember.


I spent a few hours trying to improve the "quick disconnect" wiring for the removable doors. Doors are back on for the first time in quite a few months.

Drove it to school. Now it sits for 2 or 3 weeks since I'll be out of town these up coming weekends.

Finally finished notching and fitting up all my cage. Tomorrow I will clean it up, and start painting the hard to reach places, and then weld it all on after that.

drove mine down the mountain doing about 90MPH going to the emergency room.....flew past a sheriff and he didnt even flip his lights on......at least my kid is OK now
