Yes, we've seen the results of your minimalistic motto on broken Panhard mounts. :D

Good memory:)
But I think that had more to do with my welds. In hindsight, going minimalistic on a TB mount is probably not smart for ones first ever structural welding job.

that's why my new lower links are 2" .385 wall. The 1 3/4" .250 bent at the adjustment spud and then later on the link itself. The 2" ones have had a good thrashing and are still straight.
 
4800 with me in it ready for the Hammers(spare front shafts, spare rear shaft, spare drive shaft, tools, full tank of gas).

The new diet worked wonders. I'm down to 3540 lb trail ready.
aAlittle more work and I should make it to get under 3500.
My front to rear is way off though. 2320 front 1220 rear

so what's the coilover/links report? have you got them dialed in? mine has probably about the same weight bias and I've never noticed it to be a disadvantage, it seems to help it climb and I never find myself going down crazy ledges.

It seems to work. Could be much better though.The springs are to way to soft. I was hitting hard in the woops. Plus on the trail I was using all the spring as well. Time for some stiffer ones.

One the bad side, they almost put me on my lid in the same spot Ron went over.
