Rich, I will more than likely stop by this weekend to check out your replacements, thanks! I need to visually see what I'm doing for sure. And since my welder isn't that big, I can only get things generally in place at my house...then I have to drive to a friends to burn it all in.

I have plenty of lift for the tires now, and I trimmed plenty (I think/hope) when I built the rig...my biggest worry is my front shafts. My steering/suspension is all pretty set-up, but I'm lacking alloy shafts...which I'm hoping won't be an issue if I keep the locker turned off for a majority of the trip.

I couldn't pass up 35" 80% tread tires with rims for $80.

weld your ujoint caps. KarlVP runs stock 30 shafts welded with 35 creepies.

I ran this combo w/ 35s for almost 8 months and broke a ring a pinion, same shafts for a year before that.

2. Tires - Ordered Should have by the weekend :yelclap:
3. Bedline the inside - DONE !
3.5 put it all back together - Working on this still...
4. left over steering issues still need some attention - This weekend
5. seats and harnesses... if i have any money left from #1 and #2 - Not in the budget

- Check fluids, torque suspension, grease joints, air pressure, etc (6/20)

- Install rear disc brakes (Not going to happen)

- Figure out how to fit 10lbs of junk in a 5lb bag (becoming more of an issue each day)

Doesn't sound like much, but when you travel every week for work it'll be quite a time crunch.
