What do you have to do before the Crawl?

- remove supercharger, get engine back to stock DONE
- remove front shafts, rebuild for spares
- remove rear shafts for spares
- remove driveshafts, to check joints and measure for spares DONE
- order and install new alloy shafts front & rear Fronts are installed, rears are ordered
- build spare driveshafts
- swap 35" street tires out for 37" iRocks DONE
- rebuild traction bar
- might rebuild tracbar
- tighten & grease ballistic joints
- get new CB antenna
- fix fog & rock lights
- change valve cover gaskets DONE
- change oil DONE
- change front & rear diff fluid
- top off trans & tcase
- a few other things I'm sure...

Oh, and fill out my Crawl registration DONE

Add to my list...
- fix bent rear axle housing
- build truss for rear axle
- swap out all 4 calipers for better brakes

my trip is getting interesting now, just put the truck, camper and trailer up for sale, so far I wil arrive Thursday and and my jeep will show up Friday morning unless I can pull off a quick conversion,

If that fubars my current steering: redo steering. Tire hits arm so time to punt! Getting a new arm fabed up this weekend I hope! DONE!

Fix anything I break between now and then!

- swap junk CV shafts for u-joint shafts
- swap junk CV front d/s for normal shaft
- remove broken hitch bolts
- re-install hitch/install gas tank skid
- install t'case skid

No guarantees we will make it, but we're gonna try!

Well, we're out. Budget and this trip aren't agreeing. Maybe next year!

3. Install said 231....Done
4. Acquire a new D30 and rebuild/re-gear. Possibly order new locker if current one is screwed....DONE!
5. Try to get a handle on some of the oil leaks (yeah, right)
6. Address new found cooling issues.

Ok noticed last week that my hydraulic ram is touching the tie rod when I turn all the way on way. Should I cut the tabs off and make new ones or just leave ti be and fix it later?

Power converter wiring
fix the AC and Exhaust.

got the exhaust repaired, and the AC made cold air. Just need to see if it all leaks out in the next day or two.

AC in the wienerbox will make my wife happy.

3. Install tranny cooler
4. Get new 31' spare tire DONE
5. Install drop brackets and rear shackles and go up 2 more inches. DONE
6. Get new CB antenna mount
7. Get new trail spares: Axles shafts and front drive shaft
8. Get new driver's mirror DONE
9. Replace steering gear box NOT NEEDED AFTER ALL
10. Mount new 31" spare tire. DONE

fixed front truss and UCA mount,
ordered new shocks for all four corners.

Next is to install rear brake line
Bleed brakes
Install shocks
Install Pittman arm
Maybe do something about the baseball size cancer on the unibody
