Finally had time to finish up my rear bumper and swing out tire carrier. Also made some sweet mud flap mounts that slide into a tube recessed into the side of the bumper, then twist to latch into place or remove using a notch kinda like what some jack handles use.

Took the axles out of the front end and all the junk off the knuckles so I can be ready to replace the Ball Joints. Now I just need parts!

I like them, but at the same time think they are too big and boxy.

Replaced muffler hanger and tightend the serpentine belt.

Ordered a bearing for my steering box, I should get it sometime near the end of the week.

Got pretty much the whole jeep insulated and started putting the new carpet in. Yes it is house carpet padding but it works great and is cheap, keeps the outside noise right where it belongs.

Replaced the driver's door window regulator and renewed the license tabs.

Changed all the front ball joints with new spicer units. Also found that I had 3 housing bolts missing on my ARB. So I had a fun time extracting those and finding all the missing pieces in the housing. I replaced those as well. Then when putting stuff back together I found that one of my Caliper mounting bolt holes was stripped so now I gotta fix that. At least it gave me a reason to swap in my new Yukon front shafts!

Dropped the tires off to get balanced. Is it a bad thing when they add more weight then what was on there before, and it's in a completely different spot?

Replaced the front pinion seal and valve cover gasket. I put on some new wipers too.
