Don't forget to get some plate steel for brackets or buy some brackets. you don't want to use factory bumper mounts. Mine are about a foot long and tie into the steering box and frame.

realized that my rear drums are captured... just like my fronts, so I guess that i'll be ordering front and back, brakes, calipers/ wheel cylinders, seals and bearings. I also need to get a new housing for one of my warn hubs.

Oh and my front lines came in the mail today, I am really impressed with the quality of the braided lines that I got from inlinetube.com. So now I need to do some plumbing and delete the load sensing proportioning valve. I also picked up a power bleeder and a fluid extractor cheap at work from a tech that was leaving and needed money.
I just got done replacing my broken rear drive shaft. For the inquiring minds that wanted to know how to make it so the tcase does not puke out soo much fluid after you break it

the hanger rode along the front lip of the drive shaft and was held up to buy the ebrake cable.
The rear of the shaft was held up by some stainless steel wire held in place by the rear part of the ebrake cables. 01whitexj and the guy in the TJ with us that day were macgyvers for sure!!! Thanks again!!!!!

I also taught myself how to dismount and mount a tire on a rim. This is not the easiest process and will leave it up to the machine from now on, but it was something I wanted to learn just in case

Hows the length on the "new" shaft?
I've thought about doing those,I wonder what it would take to get some .25 wall tube and make them.
Do you plan to hang a pair of Truck Nuts off the stinger?
