What are you doing to your rig - the continuing saga

Beyond Thunder Dome was so-so, but the rest were awesome. There is still rumor of a 4th one being made but I'm not sure if it'll ever happen.

I can honestly say I have never seen a Mad Max movie.
I was too busy watching American Graffiti, 2 lane Blacktop, Bullet,
Hollywood Nights, etc. to watch some drunk Austrailian dumbass.

Spoken like a true ignoramous....... :D

I've seen all those car classics too. All ok in their own right but...... Mad Max & Road Warrior are still the better of 'em. You really should give 'em a watch.

Besides, this was decades before his while "I'm a drunken Jew hater" phase. Your argument holds no credit.

Yeah, if they'd have dropped the tina turner character I'd have more appreciation for Thunder Dome.

The 4th movie "Mad Max: Fury Road" is in production, due out in 2012!

Quite a cast too.......

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1392190/

Teresa Palmer

Nicholas Hoult

Zoë Kravitz

Charlize Theron

Adelaide Clemens

Richard Norton

Ummmm...... yeah but the question is will the car hold together when that monster of a motor fires up and gets hammered........ :wow:

:insert yoda voice: torque itself off motor mounts it would.

in same yoda voice.
has it extra mount motors double for?

id assume that since it has about 2 motors stacked, it would maybe have more motor mounts?

HUH........ talking about, what are you?

given the rusty condition of that truck (if it weren't a movie prop), I don't think it would matter how many points that beast was mounted to the rusty-frame, it would have a very short life!!

sorry, not a yoda speaker.....

dont you think they would put more than 2 motor mounts on that beast of a motor?

LOL.... yeah but I doubt that rust bucket would even hold that motor

well seeing as how it IS at least holding the motor....
that leads me to believe that the frame is the only thing that is new on that rust bucket.
if the frame were as rusted as everything else, it would crumble under the weight of that motor. :dunno:

Just got done installing this new to me 4-1 case, and it has a click/ratchety noise in 2 or 4 hi. any words of advice?
