Can someone tell me what I need here? do I have to go to the dealer or is this a parts store thing?
the backlight bulb is burned out in my rear wiper switch and when I went to replace it it looks like the bulb is in unit with the twist out socket thing. It's not the same as the adapters I bought to fix my MIL however which I just did today (and wanted to fix the wiper switch bulb and possibly replace my turn signal flasher in prep for LEDs while i was in there)
I'm hoping this is something I can buy at Advance or VatoZone? Because of course I had a three day weekend but left this until Sunday. I'm double stupid because I recently replaced the wiper switch and just tossed the old one because the switch portion was bad.
I don't know where someone said the bulb was a 37 so that's what I bought. Is it a "PC37" then and I need to get adapters for those bulbs also, or buy a PC37 bulb if I can find one?
Edit: after looking online everyone seems to think a PC37 and PC74 are interchangeable but I can't put a PC74 in the wiper switch (it works in the MIL however)
