Even better CherBear, I'll be driving right through campus with my tow rig and XJ on my way to Attica. The XJ might have an open seat, but it depends if my friends get their rigs ready or if they want to ride with me.
Either way, I can get you to Attica for the weekend, and I'm sure someone here would be happy to let you ride along. Sometimes I have more fun riding than bringing my own rig.

Instead of welding up my 35, I took the carrier out of the XJ 44 axle I'm working on, and got that welded. Still need to get the disc brakes put on it, but if I can do that in the next week then I'll swap the axles and have a locked 44 for this next run
Jeep projects have been slow-moving since I picked up a Sidekick as a little side project.I am really tempted too. Maybe if I could find somebody leaving that night who was driving back through here. I have no camping gear up here, nor do I have money to spend on it...

I have a tent you could use IF i do camp, I'll sleep in the Jeep most likely. It just depends on if someone is going with me.
Thank you for the offer, but I am in no way prepared to go camping. I am really looking for some one who is leaving through West Lafayette.

Its about the same amount of time to go through campus and get on 65 as it is to drive down to 74 and over to indy.......
