Weekend is over...what did you get done?

The Black 2dr is nice. I'd love to have one like that.
Yeah she loves driving it.

although i feel like i work on it more than my stuff... but thats okay it keeps her happy and allows me to spend late nights in the garage.
 
There a blue 2 door around town that is awsome looking.
 
got alot done on the 2door.

d30 trussed and installed in the jeep, painted the front frame and 3link arms.

got the motor put on the tranny and installed in the jeep, still have to change valve covers as well as install and hook everything up. but for now. im taking a break and working on the fiances 2 door. picked up some moabs for it and ordered a 3" lift.

You need to create a separate build thread for your new XJ wheeling machine.
 
interesting idea, I have never seen an upper link mounted to the side of the frame rail like that... is there enough vertical separation for good handling characteristics?
 
Either I'm mistaken or thats the Rock Krawler 3-link mount.

That's what mine looks like anyways.

Stump, a roll bar like that probably wouldn't be a bad idea in our little BMW...

It is a rockkrawler kit.... There's enough to keep it smooth. IMO its the best 3 link on the market in kit form

yeah one day when i am REALLY procrastinating my last semester ill make one.
 
unbolted the driverside electric seat and found out it will not work the 01 seats i got. Im going to have to go to the JY and find some seat brackets..
 
I havent got anything done.changed the oil in the jeep but thats about it.well did get the cable from comcast fixed.someone in the apartment building unplug everything to my apartment to hook up theirs..Dont ya just love neighbors...

Feel off the face of the earth for a bit, got a year older, family is about to grow by one in 10 weeks or less, and two family members opted out. So it's been a pretty damn interesting roll around here. On to brighter days and better opportunities.
 
Thanks Shorty it's nice to be back around my friends. Looking forward to shaking the dust of the garage and rocking out some work on my XJ soon so I can meet ya'll out on the rocks.
