Weekend is over...what did you get done?

T-frady<------No.. just 33's... i could stuff 35's easily but i think that'll be too much... we'll see what i think of the 33's when i get them on there... It might be around 9"... i have the rough country 6.5" in the front with 3" coil spacer going on top...im not sure what their spring rate is what it really sits at... so I'm just guesstemating this. In the rear I have springs I bought that were custom made for a 6" lift at Alcan Spring, Inc. here in Colorado. And then I have the Rough Country shackle relocation bracket w/ rough country 2" adj shackles I have set on 1". So do the math... I think its anywhere from 8 - 9" of lift, would anyone agree... like I said, I'm just guesstemating. I didn't measure what it was sitting at when I started, I just go off of the stock specs.

LOL nice... I fabbed me up some BPE last weekend with the rough country front lower BPE's.. I welded them onto of 1.5" steel square tubing, and bought extended bolts, washers, and crush sleeves to tack weld between for added strength... Ill be mounting them this week, ill take pics to see how they look with the shocks

those give you back 2" of travel...so if you can't afford new shocks and your shocks are too short...or if you bought new shocks for your lift, but then decided to go bigger, then these will work nicely till you can get some new longer ones...ill see how well these do and keep you guys posted.

Spent time with family for Thanksgiving, hung out with some good friends Friday-Saturday, and packing right now to hop on a plane tonight and go to Italy for two weeks (for work sadly).

Went to RBD @ Morris Mountain.. Race up Los Primos was killer!

Made a pretty cool storage bin cabinet for my shop, painted my shackles orange so I will quit losing them, made a secret squirrel part on the lathe for Tim and Tyler. Ate lots of leftovers....

Not trying to offend u but y so much lift for 33's I clear 35's on the trail with around maybe 6" lift
Just saying if ur going to use on the trail it will be top heavy IMHO

Hmm... I mocked up some of my bro's 33's when he got his on his cummins... I put them up against mine and they looked a whole lot better than the stock 235/70R15's that are on it now. They seem like they will fill it out nicely, but that pic of the 4" with 33's looks pretty sad, and the one with 8" with 35's looks just right... hmmm.... I'm gonna have to go back and mock me up some tires... this really put a damper on the plans..lol... I told t-frady that 33's will be just fine.. which I want to still believe... but like I said, I'm gonna go back to the drawing board.. i might just have to look into 35's then... very well...Thanks for the constructive criticism guys...it really does help...and T-frady... looks like you might be right after all lol

4" and 33s is where I'd aim for, I run about that now and will probably run 4" and 35s next. No reason to go taller, just reduces trail stability and I need all I can get with my wheeling style.

Coming home last night around 3:30am I happened across this...

There was no one around, no cars in the yard and the gate was locked. Once I finally talked the idiot dispatcher thru the directions the trailer had gone from what you see in the picture to nothing. It was fully involved when I got there but judging by how fast it finished itself off I'd say in this picture it had only been burning for about 20 minutes.

THIS is why I won't buy a mobile home.

Come to find out there was no electricity run to the place and it had been vacant for 10 years.

That's how the sopranos file an insurance claim.

Might me right lol I would do 35 with no more than 7" ur going to run into steering, axle wrap, vibration problems but hey keep us posted ;) have u trimmed ur fenders yet?

Im still trying to figure out why he decided to post that here. Doesn't the Colorado Chapter have one of these? Maybe they lift their Jeeps 9 inches. Who knows?
