chuckstr, thanks man, those are my favorite stock jeep wheels, and had a lot to do with why i even bought this here jeep.
lildevil, it's rusty's 4.5" coils up front, with RE lower control arms, and some cheapo o'reilly shocks, and a bastard pack with dodge dakota leafs in the rear. since it's a 4 banger, the front springs didn't compress as much as i needed, so she's a lil high in front
jeepgeek, no, i got these tires from a buddy who bought them new in jackson, tn, and gave 'em to me when he went bigger.
 
Left for work at 7:15...played in traffic for an hour, worked all day, stopped by 49erRider's house to help him play musical axles with the stock of front axle's he's collected. Afterwards got a surprise visit (i.e. free dinner out at a nice restaurant) from the parents who were passing through on their way back home, then stopped by a friend's to check out and drive the new to him TDI he bought today. Finally back home at 11:45pm...i'm beat!

I could easily see a TDI in my near future!

Got my S10 to pass emission by using Denatured Alcohol.

Got a haircut.

Changed out brake pads on all 4 wheels on my wifes Honda Pilot.

Replaced two fog lights on side of house. They are about 25 feet up.

Mowed the front yard.

Cleaned the garage. Dropped off some used oil at Pepboys.

Now I am getting ready to eat and drink. :)
 
In Cullowhee, NC for the weekend. Delivered a new computer to my buddy, spend some time with people up here, then headed to Boone Monday to take care of some business. Hopefully there will be enough snow left in Boone to go play in the XJ for a bit before heading back to suburbia.
 
Got the rear doors for the cheromanche cut up and place on the jeep to give that almost finished look from the outside. Also got the new seats delivered this evening and will be cleaning them tomorrow. Going to use tan leather seats from a durango for the new interior since the old interior was already tan should come out looking pretty good.
 
went to the junkyard.... dragged an 8.8 ls4.10 for my daily driver. should be putting that in as well as the front built 30 out of the tj(putting 9" and 44 in it). also got a zj tie rod for temp use on the dd.

also been doing some much needed maintenance on the duramax.

also been working on finishing off the parents basement. putting a workout room and a movie theater as well as a game room in
 
Did the ZJ tie rod swap tonight...that's about all.
 
with the help of my good buddy watrousmark, i: replaced the intake/exhaust manifold gasket, extended the rear brake line, re-welded the dana turdyfive.
tomorrow, the plan is to: install front SS brakelines, swap front yokes or the entire t-case, install a front driveshaft, and hopefully build some bumper brackets and mount up my super simple front bumper so i can have some towpoints. if i make some more progress tomorrow, i'll celebrate on monday by installing my cd player, since i'd be able to hear one now thanks to my newly non-leaky exhaust system.party1:
 
thanks to my good buddy watrousmark, my xj to-do list got a whole lot shorter this weekend. not much of it was photoworthy stuff, but here's a couple action shots and the end product:
