Picked up an 8.25 for my 2 door. Have to get it in to get it moving so the reall work will begin. Got the front end aligned on the 4 door. Tomorrow, is tightening up the steering box and getting tires on the 4 door.....

Spent all day working. Went to leave for work this morning and the Jeep was frozen (literally) to the parking spot. From driving around in all the slush last night and the temperatures dropping, the entire undercarriage of the Jeep turned to a solid block of ice overnight. After I got on the highway all the ice that was inside both of the rear wheels began to break free, instantly throwing the tires out of balance and making for some lovely vibrations.

That's kind of what I thought, but I saw that it looks like notches in the top of the bellhousing and there's an empty screw hole so I was just checking.

Damn thing runs like hell after sitting for two weeks.

I spent the day installing the Tera 2-low and AA HD SYE into my new T-case. Something is not right though. It is not shifting through the modes correctly. I know without a doubt that the case is together correctly, I think there is a issue with the 2-low shifter quadrant.

i ripped out my carpet to reveal the extent of my rusted floorpan on my newly acquired '93... good thing i have a current tetanus shot.

Finally got the rewiring of my 92 xj buggy project completed and able to finally start it after 3 months. Now just having some weird electrical problems causing it to die 3 seconds after starting and the fuel pump to always be running whether it's turned on or not.

Holding off on the 8.25 until i can gather the parts for the disc brake upgrade:)

i m at 14k of back taxes... i m not in hurry to see how much im not getting back!:flame:

I decided to tear into the T-case issue tonight and found the problem to be with the shift quadrant. Some light filing to the 4-hi section to remove a burr got it working smooth again like it should. I can't wait to have 2-low on the trail. So many of our trails have tight switchbacks and axle binding is always an issue. I can say goodbye to that now.

I need to tear mine open... its on the list!
