Weekend is over...what did you get done?

Does your eTrex do turn-by-turn directions? I got a TomTom for my birthday and it's handy saving places we don't go to very often (like her parent's house, lol)

My boss has a similar Garmin with the turn by turn directions and whatnot. We usually navigate via map and printed directions, but I use the Garmin a lot for looking ahead and seeing how far the next turn is, or especially for finding food while on the road. I pull up the list of closest food places, and we all decide what we want and then head that way.

My JY score. 96 Country seats, driver power. Good shape carpet that will be cleaned and installed, overhead console, visors with mirrors/lights, and some other hodgepodge items for other people. That is the only rip, and I have a shop here in Raleigh that will replace that panel.

In-law drama+cops+2 more people occupying my home now (now up two kids, one teenager, Fiona, Shrek, and Fiona's parents)= Shrek sleeping on the couch. I told Fiona she should have stopped at the GPS for the anniversary gift giving.

I couldn't resist! They just looked so comfy. I also won bragging rights with a buddy for who was going to have black leather/pleather first.

Hahaha..yeah I got some bragging rights for making it work in a 99 with a completely different mount set up.

And yes, they are quite comfy...I enjoy long trips a lot better now! Just need to get around to wiring them up and i'll be all set.

As for my couple of days, I picked up a CB Antenna, spring, and mount for free yesterday...got a hold of a meter to tune it with today that I can keep as long as I need. Picking up a Radio sometime in the next couple of days.
 
went wheelin with my buddy in the creek/trails behind my house. he's in a yj wrangler on 31" baja claws, and he got stuck. i pulled him out no prob and showed off a little once i got him out. :D
 
finished mech fan pulley delete. found out heater core is bad and leaking coolant everywhere. halfway done building new shroud for taurus fan out of sheetmetal.

Did you get that from LKQ? i still haven't been to any of the local Raleigh JY's, whats the best around here?
