Weekend is over...what did you get done?

Thanks Doug. I got my last final for the summer thursday. So if I can get it trimmed by then, then absolutely.

Got another small project in the works. Probably 10 months ago or so I got one of those rear view mirrors that double as a video screen off ebay. Also got a few of those backup cameras too. I was going to build some rock cam's but I could never figure out what one of the connectors was for on the little cameras so it fell into the to-do category. Stupid me it was the DC power plug. Duh, one video and one power. Anyway I should be able to find that at radio shack I think, so hopefully I'll have it together soon.

Looking forward to being able to see whats in the blind spot on my front passenger and having to rely less on the spotter. Right now I'm thinking one for front passenger and one maybe up on the inner "frame" rail on the driver side behind the cross member so I can see rear tire position and possible drive shaft threats. I think the camera has a 90 degree range so we'll see.

Well, I got a 4.5" lift put on, a Solid 44 diff cover put on and a new gauge cluster put in all for my '99. It's coming together.

It was a good weekend!!!

It's my DD. It might make a trip or two to the trail. Nothing major though. That's what the trail rig is for.

spent all weekend recovering from bronchitis....

bronchitis+asthma=no fun....

stump that is one awesome garage!

Thanks, they were on there when I got the jeep back in 2004. So not sure, I've never seen any like it. They're nothing fancy though, just plastic covers. I would think 4wheel parts would have something similar.

Mocked up my soundbar to test the speakers and fit. Fits nicely, unfortunately my speaker problem is somewhere in the wiring, hopefully the harness. My rear right speaker isn't getting power.

It also holds up my headliner until I replace that.

got my transfer case skid on... then took the wooden brick down to the exhaust shop and had them bend up a tailpipe... it makes my 25 dollar muffler sound like ass but its quiet ass, and thats better than what it was

dude, i really like the way my $15 glasspack sounds, but it is a little loud, with no catalytic converter...:skull2:

Finally finished epoxying the floor in the shop. Now to put the insulation in the walls, put up some wall board then hook up the air conditioning!

Saturday: Installed a lift kit on High2by's rig and BS'd with Shrek. Had a good time, got a lot done, and the XJ drives great to boot.

Sunday: Went to Church. Then went to the funeral home and then to a funeral. Came home and mowed my hay field...ooops, I mean yard. Got all of it done except where the parts trucks sit. I will work on it later this week.
