Weekend is over...what did you get done?

Put a new alternator and upper radiator hose on after they were damaged in the accident, and found more shit bent on the engine from the wreck.....trying to find the parts so I can go even more broke since insurance probably won't cover it.
 
What about this weekend Dave! I moved a 8 X 12 X 11 storage building to the farm. Used the truck the car hauler and the jeep to get it done!
 
Got the motor, tranny, and transfer stuffed back in the jeep. Hope to get it all hooked up and running this week/weekend. Anybody up for a wrenching party? I'll buy the pizza and beer...the little lady might even make wings. At least thats what she has done for me and Trail Rate This.

Where do you live?
 
I turned red, and picked up a 3" lift. Install tomorrow maybe? No school or work so hopefully I can get it done. Anyone have pics with stock tires? The shots of XJ Tess's wagon don't seem too bad.
 
3" and stock tires doesn't look bad at all.....not too much like a skate board.

I got the interior stripped out of the MJ along with the complete front clip, rear bumper, tailgate, taillights and wiring.

Hopefully I can get the bed off this week too.

Yea definitely something I can live with for a bit. I may be trying to head down yalls way when I do have $$ for tires. Guy is trying to sell some 31's on the south side of Charlotte. Got a good buddy down at UNCC I need to see as well.

New XJ? That's the same one (although it's spent so much time at the body shop from wrecks, it practically is a new Jeep :D )

My plans are to not wreck it again for one, and basically keep it running....not really much money to do too much else with it at the moment.
 
Put a new belt on the Jeep....didn't quite get it tight enough, so I need to adjust that just a tad this week when time permits. Went to Uwharrie with a couple of friends and rode shotgun for some wheelin....goin back in a couple of weeks hopefully to camp and bring my Jeep this time.
