Weekend is over...what did you get done?

Got my new injectors in the mail today. Also lost my left front speaker this morning (my ghetto fix of 4 years finally wore out). Right front speaker started intermittently going out apparently while I was gone and the Jeep was parked for a week last month  . And the track bar sounds like it's about to fall off...again. Guess i'll be fixing that as well. Hope the weather holds out Saturday!

Uh OH! Almost time to slide it under the Jeep to measure the tracbar and drag link! WOOT!

Still gotta box in the top of the bracket. Do ya think that 1/4-20 bolt will be enough for the tracbar? I think it will hold. I'm only running 42's, anyways.

What is that? Looks awesome whatever it is.

You're worse than a woman! lol Can't make up your mind!

PS: Your passenger side upper control arm fell off.

haha yeah and thats pretty much what the fiance said....

but o well im pretty pumped about the krawlers. been wanting a set for a while now.

ps. didnt need that upper any ways :gee: i think our jeeps have the same problem with loosing there pass upper

so....whatchya doin with those 35" claws? Got any that aren't too badly abused??:eyes:

none are abused. just your avg rock rash. other than that they have tons of tread left. they are considered "blemished" meaning cosmetically, as in they have a mis print somewhere or something. nothing wrong with the functionality of the tire.

you know you want the bead locks as well!

been trying to diagnose my steering problems for about 2 weeks now. well i finally got the wondering taken care of. put in one of JCR's poly bushings, worked like a charm

Am I missing something? I don't see an upper control arm!

Upper control arms are for losers.

I think David likes the way the caster changes when he wheels it like that. Ive heard it gets rid of that unloading problem.

(lots of people only run one upper control arm as it causes less binding. I would bet he decided to keep the driver side.)

i run the rock krawler 3 link... using only a driver side upper...

i need to cut the pass side off to truss the housing

Which bushings did you get? Meaning for what part of your steering? I am having a bit of the same problem.
Thanks

lowrange2 - looks great, keep that wingnut on there in case you have to replace the track bar bolt on the trail!

Drag link looks a little short but it might be the angle or I might be stupid.

If I was gonna do a 3-link I'd keep the driver side too, UNLESS I had a disconnect front axle or had replaced the pass UCA bracket with something far stronger.

hahaha put some gas in her & re-installed the battery.
now we can load her up to finish this move!
but will have the help/use of the neighbors chevy truck to move the fridge, stove & freezer.

Don't have any pics, but I put in an external trans cooler, drained and filled the trans up with some new fluid. Man did it need it. Breathing a lot better now, both the engine and trans. Cost about $90 after fluid, cooler, and lines. Nice, cheap, needed upgrade since it's about to heat up down here in the south. Prime trail riding temps.

I would have moved the TB mount more in front of the coil bucket. I'm wishing I would have done it on mine. Looks good though. Let me know when it's done. Maybe you can talk me into a Gulches ride.
