I am coming in a stock '00 XJ Sport. The only change made thus far has been to get new tires. After reading the 
vehicle requirements list I have 2 (hopefully) quick questions:
1) Fire extinguisher - does it need to be mounted on the vehicle or can it be carried in a utility box in the vehicle? I currently carry in a utility box.
2) CB Radio recommended - I do not have a CB mounted. Is a hand-held CB acceptable/recommended for this type of use? The only 2-way radios I currently have are 2 Motorola T6400 Talkabouts.
