unknown jeep, please help me identify

i got a call from my 1st wife's brother and he has an older jeep truck and wants me to finish restoring it. He called me to give it to me! It has the early front grill of the honcho style but its big (33's look small on it) and the cab is a soft top around a roll bar, long bed. I'll get some pics in the next couple days. The engine is new as is the tranny but the front axle is broken, so i have to go through it and whatnot. So i'm going to have it towed to my buddys lot and tarp it for the remainder of the winter. If anyone has any idea of the model and rarity of this convertible, let me know. I believe the truck has a 401 but it may be a 360, i'll see soon
