Sorry for the long post here. I purchased a 1994 XJ auto 2wd with the 4.0 in it. Po says he was driving it and it just died on him all of a sudden and would not restart I have looked through a ton of forums and tried fixes that have worked for others but nothing is working for me, I have power to my fuel pump and fuel pressure but no spark. The coil is receiving a full constant 12v with ign on and a constant ground with ignition on. Asd relay is not clicking unless I use a jumper wire to ground it to the battery even with jumper wire in place still no spark and same power situation to the coil. I’ve replaced the ignition coil, cap and rotor, and CPS with no luck and have verified that the ASD relay I’m using in in good working order any one has any ideas or suggestions what to try? I’m starting to think it may be my PCM.
Side note, I can not get any trouble codes from my CEL it is just constantly illuminating.
