Man, it is so frusterating to me that so many guys on NAXJA can build such awesome flares that look professionally done, but there just doesn't seem to be a vendor out there that can build a bolt on flare ready to go out of the box that fits appropriately and is strong. Yes I know about jeeptubes, thor, and hore, but as a guy who doesn't weld, I'd love to get a set ready to go, which is properly countersunk and fits the fender lines perfectly - see avantone's thread on the hore tubes.

The best looking flares I've seen have always been homemade on NAXJA.

Vendors can build them, It's just most people will not pay the $$$ to make it worth the vendors time.

Right but there are already a few vendors out there, and I'd be willing to spend the money, but none of them build them as nicely as I've seen naxja members build them - fit, finish, strength, etc

The rear's weren't all that difficult.....

The rear flares are trailer fenders cut in half (one half for the passenger side the other for the driver's side) and then with a little bit of effort made to conform to the arch I was after.

I first installed a band of 16 gauge metal to secure the rolled fender to and provide a clamping surface to open the arch up some.

The front's were another story and took a fair amount of work.

Thanks,
