FYI, Steve Jackson just resigned as president of U4 with just 6 months left in his term. They will vote in a new Pres at the next BOD meeting on the 26th of June. Matt "Big Sarge" Westrich is once again our point of contact with U4. I will no longer be going to their BOD meetings, unless asked to come by Matt. They are looking to streamline their BOD and I don't want to be a hindrance to those efforts.

Any reason why? It seems he wasn't exactly liked by some people, I wonder if that contributed to it.

Saying Steve wasn't exactly liked is sort of like saying it just kind of hurt a little when that log whacked you in the head.

Yeah, that had a lot to do with it. He also had extremely high expectations and would not budge. A few people have walked away from it(him).

Just noticed that Daynene wanted to nominate me as one of the VPs! I had to squash that one real quick. I've got way too much on my plate as it is!

Yeah, I thought it was kind of odd on our service project up AF canyon when he kept telling us the holes weren't deep enough, yet all he would do is lean on the nearest pole or shovel.

Josh and I have had this discussion since we have both been to meetings with him in charge.

In my typical not-too-frank way of saying things. I've seen piles of sewage that are less worthless than him.
