Try and figure this one out.

I found this on ebay.
It looks to be a TJ with a leaf rear setup.
The owner is a lot, with no idea what it is.
Got Center of Gravity?
Leaf/Coil TJ

what a brilliant individual

Has a Dana 44 SOA out back, D30 up front...

That may be why they did the leaf spring conversion...got that and modified teh car instead of the axle!

TJs are notorious for having VERY soft suspensions. Converting to leafs is becoming fairly popular for those that don't have the dime to build a proper four-link with coilovers. A friend of mine converted his Fiance's TJ for this reason(he owns a shop, not just some hillbilly). Anyway, it looks like it's a good start, but it needs to be dropped down about 4-5" and the front suspension fixed(long lowers, short uppers). I think they prolly did the Leaf conversion and got too much height so they just upped the front as well. Anyway, that's my take on it. I agree the wording of the add is a bit confusing, but I don't think it's a scam of any sort. Looks like it was built to be a decent wheeler, not just a bling bling get the ladies truck. Peace

Yeeeesh...lose the body lift, trail-dragging setp-in loop and reinforce/brace that long-arm frame mount and I might think about something like that, but that's pretty much just insane.

"The title on this truck is reconditioned.* Reason being it has been laid on it's side." - laid on its side? I think it's takes a wee bit more than that for the title to be 'reconditioned' and I think we're looking at it with a rear leaf conversion on a too-tall TJ
