We have an event planned for the 27th- 29th.
We could have another event on the 13th -15th of march or 24th to 26th of April. The event palnned for March has been in the works since last year. It is the Texas size jeep meet. I don't know if you know this group or not. I can check with the organizers and see if your group could come also. Let me know.

So is anyone else good with the date 13-15th? It looks like this is the kind of place where you need to plan WELL in advance...

whatever our bold leaders choose I have some advice.

1. no matter when or where you plan it, someone won't be able to make it.
2. Set the date and location in stone as far ahead of time as you can to allow people to plan.
3. around 25% of potential attendees will commit and then have to bail for personal reasons. on any given trip.
4. a significant portion of attendees will make the decision to attend at the last minute. Your core group will know they are attending now.
