Tranny???

My friend has an automatic tranny (4 speed) out of a late 90's early 2000 XJ with a 4.0 HO. Can anyone tell me what tranny it is? And if I can get an adapter to go from that tranny to a GM 350(like maybe just changing the bell housing). And if it is a good tranny to put in my YJ? (if its strong enough for the 350)

We have a special person appointed to deal with trannys, it's a dirty job but somebody has to do it
