I was told that the Kingdom Come section was rougher than the Harlan to Cumberland part.

Harlan to Putney is paved. From Putney to Cumberland it turns to gravel.

Then goes from gravel and dirt back to pavement inside the state park. There is no point of that trail a Honda civic couldn't do.
