The angle iron only helps for side pulls.

My brackets get bent up from anything though.

One thing I did on mine was to plate the area behind those 2 front bumper bolts with some 3/16". Get rid of the nutserts and put some real bolts in there. Not a substitute for multiple mounting points for sure, but it'll probably help you out for now.
