tonight i pulled the old rear shocks n shackles out. took all of the brake lines travis left on the axle off of the axle... and then i documented the state of rust that i have. then i busted out the grinder and began removing said rust
then when it got cold outside i went inside and started screwing with the D300... it's old. and messy as hell. and was apparently still full of oil that ended up all over my workbench/floor. oops. the shift rails are frozen in the stock shifter rail guide thingy (aluminum on steel and it was outside). it's soaking in PB for now. i'll continue to smash stuff next week.
