-ZJ gas skid - MOUNTED, PLATE/GUSSET STILL
-Fab crossmember w/ t-case & tranny skids - DONE
-Aux fan override - DONE
-Small lift shackles - DONE
-New front pads and rotors
-Mount front skid - DONE
-Spare parts - DONE
-Oil change - DONE
-Grease/tighten EVERYTHING - MOSTLY DONE
-Tent

-Air mattress - NEED TO CHECK

tack drop brackets to LCA brackets TODAY
throw some metal at my control arm brackets TODAY/TOMORROW

bring Colin my unnecessarily large adjustable wrench so he can tighten his dumb front upper shock bolt. TODAY
 
I call it now, something is going to happen the first time he goes to use the winch, and it will sit for another 3 years before he does anything with it.
 
0. Get XJ back from shop (been laid up getting cabin floor replaced with bead-rolled 16ga. Yes, I know I'm nuts.) DONE
1. Have possible slow air leak in RF tire checked DONE
2. Install heavy-duty tie rod Deferred - out of time, will carry as spare
3. Install Clayton Adjustable UCAs (got with winnnings from December raffle) DONE
4. Install closed-cell padding under carpet DONE
5. Install new power antenna Picking up coax adapter tonight, will install Wed AM before I head out
6. Fix damn power mirror wiring (when I do the DS padding) DONE
7. Paint, assemble, and install replacement OEM rear bumper in place of tweaked original one Paint DONE, assembly/install Deferred - no sense putting it on and bending it within 24 hours

Whaddya know - more done than not done on this year's list. Something of a first for me.
 
weld some metal over some cracks
weld some doors in place
bolt some fenders and a header panel on it.
hope my alloy d44 outer shaft gets here in time, install that with a fresh u-joint.

hydro assist is not going to happen. (napa sent me the wrong rebuild kit for the box)
tires will be going on wednesday
guess I'm about as ready as ever just need to pack and I might change diff fluids too.
 
I AM READY. Everything has been completed that I wanted and could do, tools & spares & more are packed, jeep is pretty much loaded and ready to go. Just gotta toss in some clothes and junk to finish it off. Gave it a nice wash and its looking prepped and happy.
