Throttle Body to AirTube adapter? '89

Anyone have pics or ideas on making a throttle body to rubber air tube adapter? I have relocated my airbox because I have shock hoops in my engine compartment and no room for the stock one. I now need to build a TB adapter that will allow me to use some rubber couplers and aluminum tubing to re-route the intake. Ideas?

Doh, mine's an '89 and has a funky little cutout on the TB that needs to be incorporated in a new adapter (I think).
