thanks! i dont even smoke alot, but this has been ALOT harder than i thought. who knew it would be so hard to give up a 4 or 5 cig a day habit. you guys that are dropping from a pack a day, i REALLY respect you. you are some strong willed mofos. keep it up bro! dont let the nic monster take power over you! YOU are the strongest one, dont let those bastard smokes take control of you!

ha ha a measly pack a day,(sorry didnnt mean to sound like a douche) i was up to 2 1/2 pack a day for at least 15 yrs. ive smoked for 35 yrs plus i prolly smoked almost an oz of weed a week for 20 yrs. and quit em both the cigs only bout a month ago. the point being once u make up your mind its so much easier. i tried using the patch thinking it would be the magic bullit i just ended up smoking with the patch on.so right on yall, keep up the good work.and keep putting the money away that u were spending on the cigs, its the best savings account ever
 
So I got off work this morning (after working graves) and reached for the pack that was'nt there and went, "Oh, yeah." Went home, got some sleep and after waking today the cig bug has been biting but I'm not letting him get me.
 
So a few had to ween themselves off over the weekend, understandable. But who just straight out dropped out? Fess up!

not me! i had my first flat tire in the XJ on the freeway coming home from cleg today, and i wanted to run into traffic and stop cars asking for a smoke, but i held out! keep it up paul!

How is everyone doing?

I decided last night to take a couple of weeks off from drinking and smoking (cigar habit.......mostly)'

I guess I'm only a part time quitter but what the hay, I'm a joiner too!
;)
 
I'm not playing, Doc says to wait a while.
 
damn strait! all moneys saved from quitting go into jeep(s). So far, the money saved payed for my red one and everything I've done to it so far....I got about 9 years to go before the blue one gets paid for. haha :D
 
Been hacking up some shit the last 2 days, tastes kinda' good, I think it's tar, craving a little but otherwise doing ok.
