i emailed him, talked some smack about the different gear ratios and how "if you put it in 4wd you pretty much ruined the transfer case, and possibly the transmission.. just that fact alone makes the truck worthless" and " i'll give you $200 just for the lockers, i'll take the whole jeep if you need it gone for say.. $350? but the lockers are really the only thing left worth any money."

Wait? He wants 3700 for that rattle canned 89 stocker? I wouldn't even want 3700 for mine, and it's got 4.56's, 35's, detroited 8.8 in the back, aussie in the front, 5.5" of lift, garvin rack, custom bumpers, sliders, skids, winch, disconects, you know, the usual on and on and on list.

1989 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 4D TAGS to Sept - $500 (Laguna Beach)

It's not pretty, but it does run! This is the ideal car to get you from A to B . I've done many 3 hour journeys. It needs attention - but nothing that I know of that's too serious... It would be perfect to turn into an offroad vehicle. The seat bracket is broken, but it does run. All lights work, AC works just about, Cooling system good, Engine strong but may need an injector. Tires, all 5, are good. Front bull bar included. Paint is poor, sun damaged. Dents here and there. It's $500!!! Seats are cloth, torn in places.
