Just make sure you buy the set with the most dry rot you can.

This home buying process is slow.

yup after the p&s everything just slows down to a crawl it feels like. this weekend is the first time since christmas that we actually have to do something beside answering simple questions via email for the bank or lawyer. the seller wants to see if there is anything in house we would like to keep.

Let me know when it's time to move. I'll give you a hand.

Those Creepies are still sellable?

Toyo MT's.

I was gunna keep running them but somebody made me an offer on them. They still kicked ass for me.

I've always like toyos, just not sure how I feel about radials on the jeep. I don't really want/need another set of stickies either

Yeah I'd imagine for most people due to the back and forth on the price, then agreement, then inspection and all that, and then finally whenever buyer/seller can agree on a closing date.

Luckily our seller was ready to move pretty much immediately and met us within our price range in two days.
.
The stuff you listed is the easy and fast stuff IMO. Our price negotiations only took 2 days too.

This is what I am referring to. In our case the owner is the broker, so it cuts one party out of slowing the process down at least. But the seller was on vacation all week so it's basically at a stand still inspection next week. P&S will be signed 1/26 or 27 I think. And then we wait.

I got them because they work great and are durable as all hell.

Bias vs. radial...there are plenty of shitty bias ply tires out there. Actually most of the tires that suck are bias. Wasn't even on the radar as a factor for me.

Ross you just missed out on some 42" Iroc's on neow

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread aka North America Home Owners Association Thread

You say that like it's a bad thing.

Iroc's work extremely well at F&F, in the 42" flavor, but why would Ross ever want tires that work
