Shrimp scampi for dinnah. And a peanut butter cookie

Agreed, way too nice and way too much money.

The fender fitment looks a little odd too, I wonder if those are the dealer installed flares or if he got something aftermarket.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

There was, or a coachbuilder, I forget. They pop up every once in a while, very very rare. They have fiberglass flares like that that get added on and wheel adapters that go from 5x4.5 to that weird "wide 5" pattern also used on Toyota motorhome conversions. IIRC most of them had 44 rears.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I doubt it. I love that the guy makes no mention of the dully part. Like explanation of how it was done or anything.

He bolted in a drw rear axle, and then bolted a driveshaft to it. Finished it up by slapping on some giant fenders to the bed.

That help?

Also just google image search for "dually comanche".

They were not done by owners (well, not the ones I'm talking about, I'm sure people have done that) and they aren't as rare as one would think. But also not common... I'm guessing less than 50 made, based on zero evidence.

edit: oh yeah. I might have recruited an internet friend of mine to keep Adam company at NACFest. He has a Disco 1 or 2, I forget, and lives down in D-town PA.
