when did the

that's the cool part about owning the house- you tell people to bring beer, and then they do. Boom you have beer.
Worst homeowner ever.If I do that, I need to stock up on beer. I have absolutely none right now.
This method usually works expect for some week nights.when did thelogo at the top of the page change?
Ask me how bonfires go when you don't dot the Is and cross the Ts. AKA make sure you have a "cooking fire" going (this means buy marshmallows, no toxic shit in the fire) unless you can get a burn permit for C&D waste clean wood or just get a permit for the fire pit and then mix the clean wood waste and actual firewood. If one of your neighbors(?) is a ninny they will call your shit in and then the fire department shows up. I had no problems with really big bonfires until some new idiot moved into the neighborhood like a block away and called it in as OMG THINGS ON FIRE!!!!!1I remember going to the rehoboth mud bogs. So many hacked trucks there, it was awesome.
My commute today was probably the easiest I've ever had and google maps showed it being worse than the past few months I've watched it. Only slowed down once for a dude that slid down into the median. Made it in a hair over an hour like I figured, which is exactly what my commute was from Stoughton.
I have to see if the dump will take a bunch of bullshit plywood/paneling I ripped down from the basement. Not sure if they frown upon me launching it into the compactor. Worst case is I burn it all up in a firepit in the driveway.
I would like to request an invite to this event.

sorry you wasted all that typing to explain things that are totally irrelevant in a free state. Me and a friend burned a couch in his back yard, on a Saturday afternoon, and there was a small bit of black smoke. Fire truck drove by......they waved.
p.s. by "small bit" I mean holy shit there was a lot of black smoke.

Yup. Glad I moved to a free state
My neighbor was burning a bunch of shit yesterday. I love the smell of wood burning.

obviously
i just got an email from health and safety defining the difference between a power glitch (4-7 seconds) and a power outage (10+) and that regardless we are suppose to react the same and huddle in the cafe until they deem it safe to go back to work. not sure what i am to do when the power is out for 8-9 seconds or less than 4 seconds. then they ended it with "this wont happen because the company bought a big generator", famous last wordshaha welcome to the club. We just got power back. We have a generator, but my workstation isn't on the subpanel that's backed up by it, so I was dark... used the time to run a load test on the generator. Fortunately we have an 8x8x16 composites baking oven for making carbon fiber parts, and it's on the generator panel and contains 30kW worth of heating elements, so we just turned it on and brought each bank of elements on one at a time while measuring generator output.
It's too bad I don't need any carbon fiber bling for my jeep because we have a ton of expired prepreg that we can't use on plane parts but no one wants to throw out because it seems like a huge waste.
How did your coworkers react when the power came back on
They squinted.
