I have over 270k on my original factory clutch now, and it still works just as well as it did when I got the thing 6 years ago.

I have no intentions of putting anything different back into it. :laugh:

That's magical.

I had to replace mine at I think 130k.

I just put a mild HD Kevlar one back in.

Haven't had an issue in the past 55k.

Anyone still going to f&f in 2 weekes? If so what are you planning on running? I'm thinking the ua loop but it says winch required but I got 42's who needs a winch with 42's. If needed I'll steal the winch off the truck

Rev match downshifts, I rarely even use the clutch for that.

If it smells bad, you're doing it wrong.

I'm still planning on going, but I kinda wanna wait to see if anything catastrophic breaks at NACfest before I commit/pay.

It's simple.

If it smells bad, you're doing it wrong.

I start in 2nd all the time unless there's a trailer involved, but still requires a bit of clutch slipping.

I rev match downshifts about 50% of the time. Almost 90% of my upshifts don't use the clutch.

Maybe the previous owners sucked dick.

The freezing point of tungsten is obviously higher than the melting point of whatever lava is made of.

More on liquid tungsten.

Tungsten has the highest melting point of any element. This means there's a lot we don't know about its properties. The reason for this—and this may sound a little stupid—is that it's hard to study, because we can't find a container to hold it in. For almost any container, the material in the container will melt before the tungsten does.
