THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

only question, why the hell were you guys using cups at all? Too classy for slap the bag?

I was trying to warm up for slap the bag, being that big of a douchebag to people you hardly know takes a lot of effort. Then I had a date with the gascan and the night went downhill(not literally this time...) from there.

Checking in from Abilene, Texas. Man there's nothin to do here.

Currently enjoying a case of Lone Star Beer, the 'national beer of texas'. Nothin to write home about but figured I'd give it a shot.

Heading to the game ranch in the morning to do some shock tuning and prerunning. :D

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i got some snow.

just put on my snow tires.

snow tires kick dick.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Not enough snow to actually need them. But i came to a complete stop on my steep driveway and floored it just to see what happened. I was impressed.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Yeah the roads never got snowy enough yesterday, I was bummed.

BTW you coming up tonight? I could see if Gary would let me use his TIG to weld up your t-case if you already have it all prepped.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Its all prepped and ready to be welded. Ill definately head up if i can get it welded. If not i might stay down here and get my shifter stuff figured out.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i didn't get any snow....dumb

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Make sure you bring the flat plate and all the bolts.

Obviously.

And not sure if you have access to a 220v MIG, but you can come back up and use mine if you want to burn the whole adapter together after you get it tacked in the right spot.

its all bolted together right now. Pretty sure i figured out the accepted way to do this. weld the shit in as much as possible with it bolted down, then take the plate off and weld in the possible tiny gaps. and file it down flat.

I already welded half of my adapter on with my 140 amp mig. used no extension cord and the highest heat setting lol. Plenty of blue-ing on the other side of the metal. I feel i got plenty of penetration. I'm sure the studs will fail before these welds do.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

That's pretty much all I did for mine

I had to clock my NP241 straight up, so it was a little more forgiving trying to make it leak free.
