No, but I was on my phone in my class, and trying to type with two thumbs and on a tiny screen where you don't always have the full selection in view, it sometimes makes mistakes. I swear I went back and reread it and didn't see any blatant mistakes, but I now see that I was horribly mistaken.

Colin and I had this discussion last time he asked if I was coming DOWN to his place.

I'm not sure. Possibly.

Next week is my last week of classes ever as an undergrad. Holy crap that came up fast.

I also know for a fact I have A's in two of my classes now, and I got the highest grade in my class on the scuba test.

And I'm wearing shorts right now.

Oh hey, random question. Since I haven't had to deal much with transmissions, when I take my foot off the gas, and the car doesn't just keep coasting, but I can feel it lurch like its engine braking, that is the torque converter not unlocking, correct?
Causes?

Yeah if it was locked up to begin with.

If you're talking about an AW4, I think it only happens when you hit OD somewhere around 45 mph in a stock XJ.

If you tap the brake pedal does it unlock?

Ya, AW4 in the Blairwitch. I can't remember the speeds, but I don't remember tapping the brake pedal when it was happening, just the gas.

Next time it happens, tap the brake pedal and see if it unlocks.

My XJ used to do that randomly. Never figured out why, but nothing ever wore out,broke, etc.

arty: ends up I guessed right and got a 120A alt.

And it was cloudy and cool all day where I work but the sun was breaking through right as I left. As I drove south it got cooler and cloudy/a bit foggy. Wish the nice weather stretched a bit further south than it did.

Hmm so my fuel rail is getting fuel but has nothing at the schrader valve... any ideas?
