the ones i made for my jeep literally took me 30 minutes to make and install out of free scrap steel

ryan spent $120 on his and they took like 4 hours to install (but his drivers shackle box was XXXXEEEEDDDDDDD)

What thickness did you use? I'm thinking of using the 10ga I have I might be able to scrape up some thicker somewhere in the garage. My boxes are fine, my shackle angle sucks dick and makes me cough over bumps.

i am still partial owner of the bender though.

i used all 1/4"

idk how i will feel about using metal that is measured without a ruler

10 hours later, i copied your minus the springs went with 4.5" bds

took it to work today rode good just got to lob off whats left of the lower arm i kept hitting it on the deep pot holes and making a loud clunk

I forget, are your plans to sell/scrap the YJ and DD/wheel the XJ? Or just DD the XJ and wheel the YJ?

whatever. talk to jep about it, im sure he wont be too mad about it but whatever. its not taking up space, its in a pile of about 25 lengths of dom lol.. but you should come get it... we have a bender and notcher so come down, build a cage, then go home lol

Slightly thicker than 1/8" I probably have some 1/4 behind the sheet and some other junk on the metal wall. If not I can steal some scrap from my dad's work. But I invited you because I think there is a sky driving assist pile at one of the job sites near my house.

wk is the dd, pull the yj axels and toss them under the xj and selll the yj

the thought did cross my mind to keep all three but seeing that there is parking for only 5 cars at my house and we now have 6 its time to dump one
