I also took a look at my MJ this morning and I'm gonna lose the stock wheel wells. Genna be too much work to save them. I'll just grab some sheetmetal and make some simple new ones.

Tractor supply has a bunch of different simple trailer fenders that I think would be perfect for building rear wheelwells outta. I was thinking of trying to use them. Im still undecided if I wanna do a circular wheelwell or more of a rectancle style with a flat top middle section.

my new thought process is to have the cheerleadermobile as the backup jeep and build and beat my xj like i always have.
just bought the shit to make a traction bar, limit straps, fancy shocks, new leafs frame plating. i would be silly to let all that cool stuff sit in my room like ross's jeep

Chris's post about chili made me want some so I have another batch of chili currently cooking.
Only issue is the store didn't have any fresh jalapenos left. So I was force into some canned ones.
I also tried a 7oz can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and I used 2 6oz cans of tomato paste vs the 8oz can of sauce. I also added about 1/4 lb more bacon and 1/4 lb more ground beef this round. First results seem a much thicker chili. We'll see after a night on low cooking.

Judging by all the blueing of the metal on the other side it looks like it penetrated. Flux core runs ALOT hotter. Still make sure you're not angling the gun too much while you're welding, it just looks like you're building up the bead a little too much and possibly losing some of the heat aiming into the bead and not the metal. With that said I always drag with flux and stick where possible and angle it a little.
